- Ａ：Send us the entered form or tell our staff when we exchange our business cards.
- Ｑ：What kind of goods do you deal in?
- Ａ：We deal in rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pierced earrings, brooches, and other general jewelry. We also deal in new jewelry.
- Ｑ：Can I have the goods repaired or sized?
- Ａ：Yes. The repair cost will be paid by the customer.
- Ｑ：Do your items have certificates or grading reports?
- Ａ：Not every item but yes. Our items including that don’t have the certificates are thoroughly checked by our professional staff, so please be assured.
- Ｑ：What can I do to buy at your shop in Japan?
- Ａ：Tell us when and what time you come before your visit. We will tell that to the representative in Japan.
- Ｑ：Can you send the item I buy in Japan to Hong Kong?
- Ａ：Yes. The shipping fee will be customer’s own responsibility.
